Download the OpsX apps for Android

OpsX Partner is the app your staff carry; OpsX Kiosk runs on the tablet at the gate. Both are downloaded from here, not from the Play Store, and both tell you on screen when a newer version is out.

OpsX Kiosk

v1.0.2

The shared attendance terminal at the gate. Install it on the site tablet; a supervisor pairs it once with the device details from the OpsX portal.

Most phones from 2017 on take Download for Android. If Android says “App not installed”, the phone is 32-bit: use Older 32-bit phone.

How to install

Updates

From OpsX Partner 1.0.20 and OpsX Kiosk 1.0.2, the app checks for a newer version when it opens and shows Update available. Tap Update now: the new version downloads the same way and installs over the old one, keeping your data. Some updates are required, and then the app waits for it.

On an older version, download the latest from this page once; after that the app tells you itself.

Questions

Is OpsX on the Google Play Store?

Not yet. Download the apps from this page; they show an update message when a newer version is released.

Which file should I download?

Most phones take “Download for Android”. If Android says “App not installed”, the phone is a 32-bit model: use “Older 32-bit phone”.

Does the app work for anyone?

Downloading is open, but the app signs in only to an OpsX account your employer has set up. Without a company code it cannot be used.

Is there an iPhone version?

No. The apps are for Android phones and tablets running Android 7.0 or newer.
