The plant floor stops
arguing with the ledger.

One system from the gate to the general ledger. Attendance that survives a dead network, production costed against real stock movements, and books that cannot disagree with payroll. Built for plants in Pune and Surat, and for the rice mill in Gaya where the 4G drops at noon.

The architectural difference

No face photo ever reaches our servers — by architecture, not by policy.

Verification is computed strictly on-device. We never store, transmit or process your workers' raw facial images. What travels to the server is a short signed claim — employee, time, device, score — authenticated with a device secret.

The consequence is the part that matters: our servers cannot re-check a face, because they never receive one. A policy promise can be revised. This cannot — there is nothing on our side to hand over.

What crosses the network
✓ sent { employee: "EMP-102", at: "17:04:12",
            device: "GATE-01", score: 0.412,
            sig: "a91f…" }

✗ never the image, the crop, the frame,
          the 128-d vector itself

Edge biometrics is offered as an enterprise pilot programme while we complete on-site calibration. Attendance runs today on swipe, PIN and geofence — face is an addition to that, never a dependency.

Six modules, generally available

Everything below is running in production today.

OFFLINE FIRST

Nothing is lost when the network is

Punches and GPS points are written to a local SQLite queue on the device and forwarded in batches when signal returns. The queue survives the app being closed and the phone being restarted.

BILINGUAL

Your supervisor reads Hindi. So does the software.

Every screen, error and form label ships in English and Hindi. An automated build check fails the release if a key exists in one language and not the other, so a half-translated screen cannot reach a plant.

MANUFACTURING · MES

Know your true cost per unit, not your estimate

Batch to bill of materials to machine yield, reconciled against the stock ledger's actual relieved value rather than a price looked up again later. Rounding residuals land in a named variance account, never inside stock value.

QUALITY & MAINTENANCE

Catch the bad batch before the customer does

Inspection results gate dispatch: a failed check holds the consignment rather than filing a note nobody reads. Preventive maintenance schedules raise the job before the machine takes the line down.

FIELD & LOGISTICS

Every delivery has a coordinate and a timestamp

A pre-trip vehicle check gates the route: report a defect and the run is held until it is repaired. Each completed drop is stamped with where the van was and when, so proof of delivery is recorded rather than claimed.

PROCUREMENT & FINANCE

You cannot overpay an invoice

Purchase order, goods receipt and bill must agree or nothing posts, and over-receipt is refused at the gate. Payroll and the balance sheet run on one double-entry ledger, so they cannot drift apart between closes.

One entry, four consequences

The gatekeeper writes one line. The books close themselves.

A goods receipt at the gate is not a form — it is the start of a chain. Select a stage to see exactly what it writes and what it refuses.

Three-year hardware & licensing TCO

Run the numbers, including the ones that don't flatter us.

This compares gate hardware and per-seat biometric licensing only, over three years. Platform subscription is excluded on both sides, because both have one. Change the comparison and it will tell you when we are the wrong answer.

Next-Gen Edge Biometrics

Face verification that runs entirely on a commodity Android tablet, with no per-seat licensing fee and no image leaving the device. We are running it with selected plants while we complete calibration on real enrolled rosters.

Attendance is generally available today on swipe, PIN and geofence. Face is an addition to a working system, so a pilot cannot put your attendance at risk.

INCLUDED IN THE PILOT

On-site enrolment, threshold calibration against your own roster, and a written report of measured accuracy on your workforce.

HARDWARE

Android 8.0+ tablet, from roughly ₹9,000. No proprietary reader, no annual device licence.

ALWAYS AVAILABLE

PIN fallback at every terminal. Every face system fails on somebody — a new beard, a bandage, a hard-hat shadow, a wet face in monsoon — so the fallback was built first.

WHAT WE DO NOT CLAIM

We make no anti-spoofing or liveness-detection claim, and no statutory compliance claim, until each is independently verified. Ask us directly and we will tell you exactly where it stands.

Plant assessment

Bring us one process that loses you money.

A 40-minute call. We map one workflow end to end and tell you plainly whether OpsX helps it, and where it would not. If the answer is no, you will hear that.
